Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser

What time is it? It’s pancake breakfast time!

 

Join us for our annual pancake breakfast fundraiser! All the pancakes you care to eat along with sausage, apple sauce, and orange juice. The proceeds from ticket sales and silent auctions help to fund our program for the next year. This includes insurance, equipment maintenance & replacement costs, fuel reimbursements for campout drivers, youth and adult training materials & programs, and helping to keep the overall cost of our activities low.

Tickets are $8 at the door and $7 in advance from one of our Scouts. Tickets are typically available from mid February.

Pancake Breakfast Sponsorship

Are you a local business looking for a cost effective way to get your name out there?
Do you have products or services you sell?

We are always looking for business partners to help our fundraiser to be successful! Each year we produce several placemat variations containing a business card-sized space for your information. Higher sponsorship amounts will mean your information will appear on more of these placemats, or multiple times on a mat. Additionally, placemat sponsors receive free tickets for breakfast!

We also seek donations for our silent action. Last year we had over 30 auction bundles containing some pretty awesome items from local businesses!

These are the sponsorship levels we have:

  • $35 (or equivalent auction item) for advertising on our placemats, plus one breakfast ticket!
  • $50 (or equivalent auction items) for double the advertising space plus two breakfast tickets!!
  • $75 (or equivalent auction items) for triple the advertising space plus three breakfast tickets!!!
  • $100 (or equivalent auction items) for even more advertising space plus four breakfast tickets!!!!
  • $500 (or a single major auction item of equivalent value) catapults you named sponsor level, i.e. “Troop
    671 Pancake Breakfast brought to you by XYZ company” plus six breakfast tickets!!!!!
